By submitting payment for any service, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Services may include, but are not limited to, audio engineering (recording, mixing, mastering), production, consulting, and marketing services. Scope of services will be defined per booking, invoice, or agreement.

 

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified at the time of booking or invoicing. Services will not be rendered until payment or deposit has been received and confirmed.

3. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure service time or project scheduling. Deposits will be applied toward the total balance of the service.

4. Scheduling & Booking

Session dates and service times must be confirmed prior to final booking. Clients are responsible for coordinating scheduling and arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without adjustment in pricing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at discretion, provided reasonable notice is given. Failure to appear or provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information

• Being prepared for sessions

• Securing and confirming any required studio location (if applicable)

• Ensuring all materials, files, or references are ready prior to service​
   

7. Service Scope & Revisions

Services are provided based on agreed scope. Additional work, revisions, or extended time beyond the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

8. Marketing & Consulting Services

Results from marketing, consulting, or advisory services are not guaranteed. These services are provided based on professional experience and strategy, and outcomes may vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

Service provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered. Client assumes responsibility for final use and distribution of all materials.

10. General Terms

All services are provided in a professional capacity and are subject to availability. By submitting payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
